Belatedly joining #20in4 after a crazy day at work and then joining my local Bans Off Our Bodies protest. I don't know if I'm going to be able to read much this weekend or if I'll have a hard time focusing, but figured I could give it a shot with my 5 current reads.
so-soIt wasn‘t bad, but it was also my least favorite in the series. Sounds odd, but Alexis was just too nice, and too forgiving and also rather naive. Cat cafe idea was cute, and liked the support offered to survivors. Maybe some of the newness of the series wore off for me. Still like the idea of guys using romance novels to figure out their own relationships, but this one didn‘t work as well for me.
pick🛑 STOP what you‘re doing and go pick up this book!!! You can thank me later. I don‘t usually enjoy romance novels, but a friend picked this one to read together and I absolutely could not put it down ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and would give it more if I could
I loved this novella! Read it on my nook and had to order the other two along with it.

Well the book sale was a huge success! I brought my huge reusable bag, and filled it up! I may go back on the weekend, since the volunteer said they‘ll be adding more mysteries, romance, and fiction. 😝

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cute. Funny in places. Predictable ending. Quick summer read. Reminded me of You‘ve Got Mail, but more “adult” - some eye-rolling here with those scenes, and the writing was cringe-worthy at times, but it was entertaining otherwise.
