I am very happy with my progress this week.
I closed all the activity rings almost every day and I read a book. Need to search an app that reminds me of drinking water and track how much I am drinking. Sure I didn't had enough. Have a great Sunday everyone! The picture is from a mini grill we had next to the river yesterday

julesG 👏👏👏👏 Can't recommend a water app, I'm just using my Google calendar. It reminds me once an hour, between 9 am and 9 pm, to drink water. 5y
CocoReads You did great. I track my water through Fitbit, when I remember. But I drink a ton of water anyway so I don‘t worry about it much 5y

I really enjoy these days off. Visit a new city in Poland. # Lublin this time out really help me to put my head out of my problems. So I hope next week I do manage to go to the gym a couple of times. I successfully close my activity rings five days 😁

So this week I am not feeling in my best. Feeling quite down specially in the mornings. Only went to run one day. At the moment I am in vacations and this helps me to feel better. Also even if I don't run I do walk a lot. Taking all of this into consideration I decided to change my sports goal. Instead of running 90 Km I want to close 4 times per week all the activity rings.

CocoReads I don‘t run unless there‘s a bear chasing me. We have no bears in Indiana. 🤣🤣🤣 so yes, one more than me! I‘ve been off this week as well, in a funk but started snapping out of it yesterday. Vacation should help. 5y

I forgot to publish my results for last week.
Run: 20.30 km
Drinking 2 litres of water per day: 3 times
No eating carbs at night : 2 times

I congratulate myself for going to the gym on Saturday. I never go during the weekend but wanted to accomplish my weekly goal. I want to thank the #teamletsdothis you guys are amazing! But specially to @LibrarianJen her support and motivation really make me want to move.

So yesterday I didn't manage to make sports. Had to take care of boyfriend (I don't have kids but he was the little spoiled kid so...) but today after 15 days of no gym I went for a run. Had a good timing but was hard. At 20 minutes I almost gave up. But I manage to end. Now legs hurt... But is a happy pain

CocoReads I did a workout called Fight Club yesterday. I thought I‘d be ok but with an hour of being at work today I was really feeling it. Not sure what I‘ll do today, I‘ve already got almost 11 k steps in and am not really feeling it. But I usually feel better after I‘ve done it. 5y
