EadieB There is also information about the killer and killings. I also learned new information that I didn't know before. There is music that relates to some killings and movies that were made about the killings. Some of the murders that I never knew about makes me want to discover other books about the killings. It really is a handy book to keep around for short readings of true crime murders. If you like true crime, then this book is one for you! 7mo

EadieB The award-winning recipe seems to have died along with the Foster family relatives long ago. Brendan Scholes is the first murdered victim. The plot is one that has some good twists and turns but kept me reading until the very surprising ending. The characters of DCI Oldroyd and Andy Carter are called in to investigate the murders. The suspects are plenty but soon the murderer is narrowed down. 7mo

EadieB I would highly recommend this book to those who enjoy suspense with their thriller. An excellent addition to the series! 7mo

EadieB It's a book about classic books and writers with a mystery thrown in. It has a large cast of characters and each one tells why they wanted the victim dead. Jane is a very likable character and Clewe asks her to help prove his innocence. The ending was a complete surprise to me. If you like cozy mysteries then you will love this book. I'm looking forward to the 2nd book in the series. 10mo

This was a fun and fast-paced entertaining read that had twists and turns at every corner of the book. It kept me reading to the very surprise ending. Freida McFadden is a great writer of psychological suspense and if you like suspense with your thrillers than you will love this book! 11mo
