This is an interesting book because it is a slow pace, more character driven I would say, mild creepy, mild gory. People that come from the dead from a forbidden wood, but why, since when. You need to read it. This is the first book I read by this author and I think I want to read more. I already own like 3 of her books. 3.8⭐️

Great YA fantasy. I liked this world of old libraries full of magical/secret grimoires protected by sorcerers. But those sorcerers can be corrupted by demons and as expected, one person wants to control the magic. Most fantasy worlds have this topic🤷🏽‍♀️There is some romance and family drama. Loved Silas and Nathaniel and his comments. There is a companion book that I need to read now☺️still YA 3.8/4⭐️

Night Shift | Stephen King

I enjoyed very much 14 of 20 of the short stories in this collection. They are topics that we have seen in oldie movies. In some short stories I used the audiobook with physical book and the narrator was great. Even when I didn‘t enjoy much some stories I still like how Mr. King develop the characters, so many psychological aspects and how well he describe those scenes. Always critic in everything related with memorial services. 4⭐️

Gissy Love those old editions😍 Read during:

TheNeverendingTBR Gray Matter and Graveyard Shift are so good 1y
Gissy @TheNeverendingTBR Those two short stories were included in the audiobook and the narrator was excellent. I really liked Graveyard shift. This month the book that we are going to discuss is Different Seasons. I‘m waiting for my copy to arrive because I really like those old hardcovers but sometimes they are hard to find or too expensive. I never thought I would be SK fan. But here I‘m🤗 1y
