Gwyn is pretending to be a boy to play basketball. Azami falls in love but doesn‘t realize Gwyn is a girl. Identity confusion and relationship drama ensues. I don‘t have strong feelings about this one. For me, it was a light, quick read. Not really my cup of tea, but the art made me smile a few times. It‘s a pick because I realize I might not be the right audience for it and it was not bad. Not sure what else to say really.

I really liked this one. I did feel that it glossed over some of the more serious issues in the plot, but at least they were addressed in some way. Overall, this was a quick read that was well done. #LGBTQIA ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Very cute! A girl who starts off with a homophobic rant against BL manga ends up finding out that her boy crush is actually a girl (which she decides isn‘t a dealbreaker for her). The characters and character design are fun, and the story is fairly fluffy and easy to follow. #Manga #LGBTQ #Sports

A sonnet about #silence more profound than the silence of the grave or the bottom of the ocean... This ‘true Silence‘ is ‘self-conscious and alone‘.

I couldn't resist this beautiful book. The hardback is stunning with a gorgeous embossed cover...the photos do not do this book justice. I'm a sucker for a gorgeous eye-catching cover. Looking forward to reading this intriguing story

I never realized how much purple is on our shelves. I had to raid my daughters' bookshelves for a few.

These are probably my two oldest books. The Lalla Rookh is dated 1888 and Heroines of Shakespeare is undated. Both have beautiful illustrations. #spookyoctober

CoffeeCatsBooks @LorieL & @LeahBergen Thanks, the Lalla Rookh was a gift from my dad and the Shakespeare was a save from a library that was clearing out old books (it had never been checked out!). 7y

I know a lot of people hate a bent spine. I think of it as a book that has been well loved. #lend #bend #binding #love
