What reading apps do people use?

Goodreads is becoming increasingly frustrating to use so I want to swap to something else. I want to track what I've read and be able to search for stuff so I don't buy something I've already read

I'd also like something that tracks time spent reading

sebrittainclark StoryGraph can import your goodreads books so you don't have to re-enter everything. It also tracks reading challenges and other book stats better, but it does just track reading time by dates, but time spent reading. 2y

thegreensofa Bookly is a good way of tracking what you have read and when. It‘s only star ratings, not reviews though, and it‘s personal (no social platform on it at all except for screenshots to post elsewhere if you want to share anything). But I use it and like it for my tracking 😊 2y

TheLibrarian I agree with @thegreensofa about Bookly. Great way to track your reading progress without social media or others being involved. Although you can‘t write a review, they do have thought sections for each book. And I just realized you can do half stars instead of full, unlike Goodreads. 2y

Amandajoy Storygraph is great! Among other things, it lets you set up reading challenges. I just created one for your #100rolls challenge to make it easier to keep up with. 2y

PaperbackPrincess19 @TheLibrarian my favourite is Bookly just because I love the graphics at the end but with the cost I‘ve been searching for alternative and there‘s Leio and Reading List that does similar stuff without the extras. 2y

thegreensofa @Paperback.princess19 I never knew about Leio it looks really good! I wrote an article about Bookly a while ago if that helps. (https://medium.com/readingtopia/bookly-an-honest-free-version-review-62fbf2bf817e ). I‘m going to check out Leio now it sounds so similar!, I would say Bookly is worth it if you definitely use the paid features and can spare the money. The free version is what I started with and then I got addicted and I signed up 😄📚. 2y
