2 weeks ago I ordered a mystery bag of books from local indie bookstore, Horizon Books (Seattle). I put sci-fi and fantasy as my fave genres on the order.

Bk2 of my #24B4Monday #readathon & Bk20 of my #MarchUnshelfing #challenge is done. The 2nd book in the Talent trilogy was brilliant. It sets up the background of the head of FT&T in the Tower And The Hive series, Peter Reidinger, as well as huge hints about the Rowans background. I love this universe so much, I will always regret that there weren‘t more books written before McCaffrey was gone, but I‘ll always treasure the ones she did. 5⭐️

Time for a snack break after 15chapters of Bk2 of my #24B4Monday #readathon & Bk20 of my #MarchUnshelfing #challenge What else do you eat at 5am except Super Choc Drumsticks. Mmmm, chocolate🤤🍫This is the 2nd in the Talent series, we‘re starting to see familiar names & family traits appearing of characters that are ancestors of MC‘s in The Tower & The Hive books. Very much enjoying both the book & the icecream. Breakfast of champions!🍦🏋🏻‍♀️
