This book is an incredible story of a baby born at 23 weeks & the roller coaster of life, fight & survival of baby Juniper told through the narrative of her parents. I was able to actually follow this local miracle in real time as I worked with the authors mother and was updated hourly, daily or weekly as baby Juniper progressed or regressed. Reading it years later I still felt the anguish we all felt years ago as the story unfolded. Good read!

There are so many books that have #Pregnant characters, but including them would be massive spoilers for many. So I won‘t do that! Instead, these books are about babies who were born prematurely before they were ready. Both books are very dear to my heart - my kiddos were premmies 💕
Great at times, but slow at times. I am looking forward to book club discussion.
"A story is a promise. It's a promise that the end is worth waiting for."
Is this going to be a crying book? (I'm betting yes.) But will it be a good cry or a bad cry?
Amazing book that not only looked at the medical setbacks of micro preemies but examined the ethical and emotional turmoil associated with making decisions for a baby that is on the cusp of life. I ugly cried more than once and finished this book in two days ❤
So much for my resolution of only buying one book for every four I read. I've read 3 and I just bought 3. These Kindle Deals are killing me!
One of my special books for this hot stay in the ac weekend.
