This did feel like a podcast rather than a book book but.. I enjoyed it nonetheless. This story is fascinating. How could she trick so many smart people?

ElizaMarie @TheBookHippie it is! In my leadership class, we are discussing nurse-to-patient ratios, turnover, staff morale... it all feels like it's money-driven. The bottom line is more important to most hospital systems than the people they serve (and those doing the serving). I know that sounds like a blanket statement, and I know its not an ALL or NOTHING situation, but it's just one of the things that keep coming up. $$$$$$$ 1y
