This is the final book in the Haven Point series and I have loved every second I have spent with the characters in this small, Idaho mountain lake community. These books have been comfort reads for me over the last couple of years, and I plan to promptly find another of Thayne‘s series to read in the same vein as this one. No stress in these stories-just a lovely setting, a group of people that I wish were my own friends and family, and dogs.

I read this series back in December for #WinterGames (several books take place around Christmas), so when I saw there was a new one out, I was happy to pick it up. Like the rest of this series, it stands alone, but reads better when you recognize the other characters floating around in the background.

While I did quite enjoy this one, it also felt rather simplistic - there just wasn't a lot of difficulty to overcome to make this relationship ⬇️

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) work. On the other hand, one of the things I liked was how the MCs actually had conversations about stuff instead of letting it fester & create complications so there's that! 😂

This one also took me to Idaho for #ReadtheUSA2020 / #SeparatedbyaPondTour and, as always, made me want to back my bags & move to a small Rocky Mountain town.

Andrew65 Might help me with Idaho. 4y
TheAromaofBooks @Andrew65 - The entire series takes place in Idaho, so you can read this one, the first one, or whichever synopsis appeals to you most!! They're pretty relaxing, even if they aren't groundbreaking haha 4y
Andrew65 @TheAromaofBooks Thanks for the information. 😊 4y

Got through the second half of this book today. I look over this series. Although this wasn't the best book out of them all, it was still quite enjoyable. A good, quick, easy summer read.
Book # 2 of 4 of my #JubilantJuly readathon goal. Since the beginning of the week was such a bust for me with lots of craziness at work, I still hope to get 2 more books finished by Sunday night since I also have tomorrow off.
@Andrew65

Andrew65 Well done and good luck 👏👏👏 4y

Started this one Sunday and am about 1/3rd of the way through, as I didn't get as much reading done yesterday for the #JubilantJuly readathon hosted by our own @Andrew65 . I plan to read now until I go to bed. So far, another easy and sweet story from this author I have recently come to love.

Andrew65 Love that cover 😍 4y
