Short but riveting.

I just hit my goal for this year. It was 100 but changed it mid year when I realised I wasn't reading as much. Had a few slumps this year but hoping for better next year.

Graphic version of the classic novel. I do love the images in these stories. They come together so well. It really adds to the story and the graphics are really well drawn.
Final book to finish my Goodreads challenge. I lowered it during the year as set it way too high. Glad I hit this one though.

Another bookish spooky movie, although this one ended up being less of a mystery than we were expecting. Still, I think it counts for our purposes! #scarathlon2021 #teamhendrix @StayCurious

Just came out of An Inspector Calls in the theatre and I'm utterly blown away!
I'm almost to ashamed to admit I haven't read the script, but going in without a single expectation was thrilling.
Couldn't help gasping and laughing and I swear my mouth was hanging open at one point.
The twist was utterly SPECTACULAR!
And the cast were so talented, especially the Inspector!
Everyone should see An Inspector Calls at the theatre (trust me). Xxx
Good.

Someone has #knowledge of a crime...or do they? Interesting play. I will chew on this one a little while. #shakespearetheatrecompany

If you have Amazon Prime and like period British mysteries, check out An Inspector Calls. Very engaging - I wish it was a series! I even delayed going to bed & reading in order to finish watching, which says something. (Based on a play performed in the 40s that was new to me.)
