Reading this during my trip to Thailand formerly known as Siam. That is the city of Bangkok where this book takes place. BTW this book is awesome. I learned so much about Thailand and life at the Grand Palace. Spoiler there was no love or romance between Anna and the King. Just friendship.

I had the joy of going to see The King and I at Playhouse Square in Cleveland last night. The show was very good. The singing was outstanding. I am sharing a picture of the street in front of the theater for those of you who have never been to Cleveland. This is the lovely chandelier over the street. Playhouse Square is a wonderful venue, and I feel fortunate to have it in my area. Come and visit Ohio - Cleveland Rocks!!

Anyway, she frequently shares book deals for books she finds interesting or that have influenced her. She also reviews books that she has enjoyed as part of a book club of sorts. It's a lot of fun to learn more an author who's work I enjoy, even if it means I spend all my money on books.
