Picked up this little gem today, by the author of The Secret Garden and A Little Princess. I have loved Frances Hodgson Burnett for years, but it was the inscription to "Hazel- from Papa and Mamma" dated 1899 that really got me. #currentlyreading

Here‘s another from my aunt- a first edition (1888) story from Burnett before she wrote Secret Garden and A Little Princess. I hadn‘t heard of this one, has anyone read it?
