Some days I forget just how horrid Facebook and Twitter are. I get all riled up and lose faith in the world. Today was one of those days. Thank you, my Litsy friends, for always being there. You all remind me that there is a lovely spot to hang out on the web. 💕💕💕

Hooked_on_books I ditched Facebook a while ago and don‘t miss it at all. It has it‘s good points, but it becomes a sewer so easily. Litsy is my only social media, which is fine by me! 4y
Reggie I have 12 friends on Facebook and they are people I have known for at least 10 years. At work, I feel bad when new kids ask to be friends on social media and I say no but I explain to them why. We‘ve had people be fired for their Facebook. And I know one dept head who actively looks once a week at her employees pages. No thanks. Anyways, sorry Sue. It‘s a lot of negativity. 4y

Suet624 @Reggie Your place of employment scares me. 😬 Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment because I want to look in those cesspools. It's similar to how my cellphone whispers to me while I'm driving... Facebook and Twitter want to offer me something. As a grownup I need to say NO! I'm going to move the icons to the last page of my screen making it more difficult to be so automatic about clicking the icon. 4y
