Curiosity | 
pickIt took forever to finish this, on account of my brain not braining for nearly a year. I had bailed on it, but I got to the last third finally.
For me, this is a pick, BUT YMMV.
This is an academic book. It's great but so *dry*, and if you have not read Dante's Divine Comedy, this book will make no sense to you, because it's a collection of reflections on its three books.
Me in a nutshell: I read philosophy about Dante's Inferno and gay erotica. #tuesdayteaser Page 111.

I forgot my ereader (kobo) at home. I'm at uni and wont be back home until 23:45. Which means I'm sad. I don't have fics to read today and I'll be done marking this afternoon. *cries*
Day 16 of #riotgrams is #bookmarks. On the right, my current bookmarks, on the left a batch of home printed bookmarks that I give with book I gift. I gift books, almost always.
Day 12 of #riotgrams is #outside. Yeah, I'm stuck on a train for 6h so that's the most outside I'll​ be today. I'll be reading. And marking. Yeah.
Arrived at the bf's house to find that his granddaughter (my step-granddaughter?) made me a bookmark. How adorable is that‽
[I don't feel old enough to have a step-granddaughter! She's a sweetie, though!]
pickI can't really tell you what I learnt (I'm still processing the information) but I can say, it's been a long time since I've read anything as intellectually challenging and stimulating. Not to be undertaken lightly but worth the effort & commitment.
