Stamped Out | 
So #Litsylove friends, I was so impressed to have mailed out several letters this past week. But I forgot about the postage rate increase! Some of your letters may have insufficient postage because I used old stamps! Does anyone know, do those get returned to me or are they held captive at the post office? @Mitch yours in particular worries me because it‘s going overseas.
