Kindled: Book 3 the Kindred Series
Kindled: Book 3 the Kindred Series | Erica Stevens
1 post | 3 read
Fueled by rage and a thirst for revenge, Cassie no longer recognizes the person she has become. Determined to destroy Julian, no matter what the cost, Cassie pushes away the ones that love her most. Though she tries to deny it, and fights against it, Devon's love may be the only thing that can bring her back from the brink of madness she is teetering upon. Just when she is starting to come to terms with her grief, a startling revelation threatens to unravel everything she has always known. Her bond with Devon is severely tested as a new enemy arises to tear them apart. A new enemy that Cassie never could have foreseen, but one that may be even deadlier, and far more ruthless than any vampire she has ever faced. Torn from her friends and Devon, Cassie is stunned to find herself having to rely on the man she hates most, Julian. Together, Cassie and Julian struggle to survive an adversary that is determined to destroy them both. Book 3 of 5 Young Adult. This book contains some language, violence, and sexual situations. Recommended for ages fifteen and up. Edited by Leslie Mitchell at G2 Freelance Editing and re-released 9/3/13. Cover design by www.EbookLaunch.com

So, my poor kindle has finally died. 😔 guess that means I need a new one!!! 😃 any recommendations? I‘m thinking of the paper white but my husband reks it might be worth paying more for the Oasis. 🤔

Coleen_Nieto I recently bought the Oasis and I do like it a lot but I don't know that it's so much better that it justifies the cost. 2y
TrishB I love my paperwhite. But I‘m not really sure about the differences with the Oasis, that seemed more like a tablet. 2y
Lcsmcat I love my water-resistant paperwhite. I‘m not sure what the Oasis does that it doesn‘t. 2y

slategreyskies I have the Oasis, but not the Paperwhite. The Oasis is the best ereader I‘ve ever owned. I love the little bump that runs across the back. It makes it easy to hold. It‘s backlit too, if you want it to be, which makes it easier for me to read. I like that I can adjust the size of the font and that I can put it in a warm mode where there‘s not a lot of blue light. I don‘t know how many of those features the Paperwhite has. 2y
Birdsong28 I say it depends on how much you will use it as if you use it regularly then spend the extra money and get an oasis but if you don't use it regularly then get the paperwhite. 📚📖 2y
slategreyskies Also, the Oasis has physical page turn buttons, in addition to the screen touch, while the Paperwhite doesn‘t. (edited) 2y
Twainy My paperwhite goes with me evvverwhere. It‘s unobtrusive. What is the difference? Is the oasis bigger? IDK, I don‘t have an Oasis so I can‘t speak for it. I do love my paperwhite, it‘s a book workhorse 😁 congratulations whatever you decide on!! 🎉 2y
OutAndAbout I‘ve owned every Kindle and bought an Oasis as a luxury buy for myself. I love it. I worried about the shape but it‘s a pleasure to hold, the lighting is perfect, and water resistant to boot. The Paperwhite is an excellent option and is 90% the same functionality, and the Oasis is probably overpriced. But if your husband wants to spoil you with the upgrade, I don‘t regret it. 2y
quietjenn I have both and I actually like my Paperwhite better. The Oasis buttons are nice and I like that you can hold it either way and adjust the lighting, but I prefer the size and shape of the Paperwhite and tend to use it a lot more. But it's a win either way! 2y
Flaneurette I have and had many iterations of both, if I were to buy one today I‘d probably get the new paperwhite. Now that the paperwhite has the warm light I‘m not sure the physical buttons and ergonomics of the oasis are worth it. The oasis also doesn‘t have the best battery life and it is slippery with its metal case. 2y
