Centique @Reggie she‘s amazing. I don‘t know if historical appeals to you but her Brothers Sinister series is the best historical romance I‘ve read. You could try the novella that starts it - it set a whole new bar for me in how a romance could take on a serious subject and do it beautifully

Another winner from Courtney Milan, who's fast becoming one of my favourite romance writers. This novella does feel slighter than anything else I've read from her, but the emotions ring true as her characters process the longterm effects of bullying and regret--something I never thought to find in an historical romance. #romantsy

This was a Smartbitches rec. Well worth the read. A novella that's well constructed, the story-line flows, you fall for both lead characters, Elaine and Evan are so engaging and real in their emotions and passion. Quick read but a very satisfying one. Comfort reading rating very high 🍪🍪🍪🍪#romantsy
