Lemony chicken with spinach and potatoes is a hit. Easy to prepare. Chicken is super moist. The only downside of cooking? More dishes🤣

😋Tried the recipe Roasted Salmon, Broccoli, and Potatoes with Whole-Grain Mustard Sauce from this #cookbook

Substituted asparagus for broccoli and I didn‘t buy whole-grain mustard. Used the regular mustard we had in refrigerator.

Delicious on night #1 and leftovers were yummy cold.

I have full review of this on my blog today, but the short take is that there's a lot to like in this cookbook. As you can expect from America's Test Kitchen, there are great photos, clear instructions, and lots of useful information. Slow cookers are included, but not pressure cookers.
