2 I‘m a mother , wife ( in a long term relationship ) granny , dreamer , reader , I‘ve studied yoga & meditation & movement for 0ver 40 years ( I‘m in my early 60‘s ) worked as a psychotherapist for over 35 years (mostly abuse work )
This is my fave pic of me & hubby & Sofia - happy days
I see my life as an ongoing process of discovery - I get afraid but I get back up again 👇🏻

But , I hope I never have to give up the yoga , although it‘s mostly “ authentic movement “ I do now ... if you don‘t know it , Im sure there are plenty of good movement workshops in England .... ( I‘ll ask my teacher , she studied there 👍🏻) ✨✨✨✨✨♥️ 5y

I‘m not sure MPD really exists, but I do believe people can disassociate in times of trauma. This is like that bad DC movie where they use the bad guys to catch the worse guys.
