CrowCAH @Klou woohoo yes! I didn‘t do it on purpose. I‘ve never seen pulp fiction, so I had to look up what it even was about, and the first book that came to mind that I‘ve read was Get Shorty. 4y

I do a post early hours of every day (UK time) with information about the movie of that day to help people who don't know much about that movie. Wonderfully clever and frequently hilarious caper which begins with small-time loan shark Chili Palmer attempting to collect a loan from a guy who has apparently died in a plane crash and turns into a satire on Hollywood and a dazzling piece of metafiction in which the pitch for the movie Chili is hoping to make is the novel we are currently reading. Brilliant.
