I decided to finally review this cookbook & give it some posting love. If you like unique vegetarian recipes w/global flavors, Near & Far is a fabulous & gorgeous cookbook. I've cooked six recipes so far & loved every one. Not all ingredients are easy to find if you are in an area w/o a good natural foods store or ethnic markets but it's easy enough to sub-as I did in this pasta salad swapping in pearl couscous for fregola & sprouts for endive...
