This book has its slow and drawn out moments but the conclusion albeit a tad predictable was worth the wait.

Station Eleven reawakened certain feelings and fears of mine from COVID 2020. Although, not always a page turner the characters make this eerie novel come to life.

Although at times hard to follow, No One is Talking About This is a unique read. Part one was a clever and disheartening depiction of our current time and part two was a heartbreaking story of loss.

Disappointing read. The synopsis sounded captivating yet I found the novel slow, dull, and somewhat predictable.

I expected more from this novel. I bought it after hearing rave reviews of the movie. The story line was slow and concentrated more on the financial history and business of the Gucci family rather than a “a true story of murder, madness, glamour and greed.” Unfortunately, I caught myself skimming to see how it ended.
