4/5. This is what you find inside the packaging for #playaways. The library has a special device to open the case—you slide the case‘s mouth one way to open it and the other way to close it. Instructions for how to put the battery and headphone in are behind the playaway. The other side explains operations.

Librariana We have SO many parents at the library who love this is an option for their kiddos who may not have access to a smart phone or mp3 player. One mom mentioned they're her saving grace on car rides because each kid can listen to something different when they head to their various after school activities 😊 5y

Crazeedi I have never seen these in my library. Now I'm going to have to show them this and see! It's a small library, so not sure if they'd have funds to have these, but they'd be awesome 5y

Librariana Ours come in orange cases, too 😁😊 We may not be acquiring them in the future, so we're extra careful about keeping those when we run our inactive reports. 5y

I really enjoyed listening to this thriller taking town in small town France! The narrators did a great job capturing the voices of the characters!! I was pleasantly surprised with the twists & turns of events both in the present and flashback storylines. I'm eager to read or listen to the next book of Kate Horsley. As always, more in-depth review on #Goodreads. I like #playaways!
