Cozy in quiet stillness,
nestled snug in bed,
curled up with a book.
Wearing my shoulders
as earrings, tension eases
as calm steals over me.
Body relaxed at
last, I bask in the quiet
with my trusty book.
While the world slumbers,
I reset my mind and brace
myself for tomorrow.
