Another day deserving of a #heavypour of wine. But at least it's almost over! I went to the library while my phone and glasses were getting repaired, so I have a nice haul, including the tagged book which I nominate for best book title of the year.

Started this tonight on audio, but I snagged the kindle version too so I can read along for quotes when I want. The narrator is great! I'm not entirely sure where the book is going yet, but the prose is decadent. Just like this #heavypour of dark red wine. 🍷🍷

I'm also watching When We Rise tonight, and I highly recommend it so far. It's a lot more intersectional than I was expecting, and that's a good thing!

vivastory I envy you seeing Twin Peaks for the first time. My first time was in 2005, it was not yet available on DVD so I had to hunt for every single video tape from several libraries & video stores. It's the only show (except for sketch comedy shows like Kids in the Hall) that I've watched all the way through multiple times. 7y

Before I rain fire and brimstone down on the lovely people of Washington DC, I am going to try self care first. 🔥☄️

I have strawberry rhubarb wine & the second Shades of Magic novel. Going to see Victoria Schwab next weekend, so I have to catch up! Considering boxing myself into a blanket fort with a sign to warn intruders that they risk life and limb if they interrupt me tonight. 😂
