Then Margaret get called away to answer a policeman‘s questions. Apparently, Leonards suffer internal bleeding from the scuffle with Fred. Margaret was recognized but she denies being there.

CrowCAH I know her denying that she was there added more internal conflict for her. But I wonder how it would have played out if she had admitted she was there. Anyway, it allowed for John to do a good deed and call off the inquisition. 2y

LitStephanie @CrowCAH I don't understand why she feels so bad about lying, even later on. If she had admitted being there, the next question would have been "who were you with?" Then she would have had to explain they were housing a fugitive. 2y
