pickIt‘s hard to say which book I preferred because both of Madeline Miller‘s novels are brilliant works of storytelling 🙌🏻 The lores of Gods, Goddesses, Witches, Mortals, Warriors, Kings & Princes were breathtaking, sweeping,and incredibly engaging. I feel like I journeyed with all these divine beings and I‘m wholly satisfied. I will read EVERYTHING Madeline Miller writes and she‘s a local hometown #PhillyGirl 💕💕💕 5 GREEK stars✨✨✨✨✨

kspenmoll The book looked at Odysseus is such a different light than the epic hero in the Odyssey. At first I was uncomfortable, but then his behavior reminded me of someone with PSTD- almost like reading Go Tell a Watchman & seeing Atticus as a man of his times rather than the Gregory Peck version!!!
