This plot seemed a little convoluted but still, I love the characters and the whole premise. Casey's sister will be an interesting addition to further plots I imagine. Could have used more Anders time 😏

pickThis was an excellent listen. I managed lots of cross stitching while listening to this book. The MC does a really good job with this book. I managed 3 #Readathons but no #ISpyBingo. The cover is as complicated as the storyline. Twists and turns that are not expected. pickArmstrong‘s series set in remote Rockton gets a fresh start with this spin-off series in their freshly constructed Haven‘s Rock. With new faces and familiar ones, Casey and Dalton are summoned to the town a few weeks early when two people go missing from the construction site. Maybe not an auspicious start for their new locale, but surely promising for more murderous adventures set against the dramatic Yukon Territory backdrop! Fun and fast-paced!
pickIt‘s hard to believe that this 7th installment of the Rockton series is also its last! I‘ve been a huge fan of Armstrong‘s for over a decade, & I‘ve always enjoyed this mystery series set in the Yukon. It provides a mixture of human monsters, relationships & the wildlife and wilderness to add to the excitement! Here, the shadowy council follows up on what they have been expecting while crimes and secrets are exposed in this fast paced conclusion!
