Solid raunchy fun fantasy adventure. Not as good as book one, but a good finish to the story. I do recommend this duology if you want a fun read, or you are going through Dungeon Crawler Carl withdrawal. 4⭐️

The second book in this duology. This was still a fun series. I read it 2 weeks ago so I don‘t remember a lot but enjoyed listening to it.

It‘s a hot day and also my last Saturday before the new school year starts, so I took an afternoon break from housework to read this graphic novel. It‘s a fun story of a girl obsessed with a fantasy world who finds that world intersecting with her own real world. It‘s also about friendship and realizing everything is not necessarily as it seems from the outside.

This was a great second book I really enjoyed the whole concept of writing and loved how it ended

Almost as fun as the first one, but with a lot more—honestly welcome—philosophical musings on what it means to be sort of immortal. If you like irreverent, self-aware, and slightly silly fantasy, this one‘s for you!

My book haul from Thursday so excited to start reading these 📚📚📚

Dark Lord Davi now has the unenviable position of convincing her Horde to not actually kill all the humans, please & thank you? While trying to broker peace, Davi also begins to come to terms with her past & learns why she‘s here in the 1st place.
Liked this MUCH more than 1! Still funny, raunchy & violent, but Davi‘s character growth is great, her relationship w/ Tsav is wonderful. Wish there was more of the side characters from 1.🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗

4/5
Davi succeeded in becoming the Dark Lord, but now she has to figured out how to break out of the time loop she's been trapped in and remember that if she ends the time loop, death will count.
I thought as Davi was forced to grapple with death becoming permanent, she became a more interesting and less callous character. I thought it was a very entertaining read, and I enjoyed it even more than the first book.
