4. Thickly overcast, slightly humid, comfortably warm, with a cool breeze, summer afternoon. Or a cooling summer evening on the porch under a lightbulb.
5. I started the tagged book last night and though I‘m only 46 pages in, it has been one of the most beautiful nonfiction reads I‘ve encountered in a long time. So many childhood memories.

The Eyre Affair: A Novel | Jasper Fforde

1) -21 F, which is downright balmy compared to yesterday's -56.
2) I like those days that swing between high 60s during the day and 40s at night.
3) I think it's 65 degrees. I just got up so I haven't had a chance to let the space heater help warm the place yet.
4) Rainy days with no place to go
5) Books like this that you can disappear into
