pickThis book gave me all the feels. I was really hesitant to read it, for a few reasons. Too many parallels to my own life story, and worry that the author wouldn‘t do justice to what it is like to be an adoptee in reunion with bio family. I am so glad I read it, as this is a wonderfully written fictional window of what search and reunion can be like for the adoption triad: birth parents, adoptees, and aparents. I still cried often while reading. 😭
