I didn‘t do very well on my goals last month. The first week was okay. I actually got out and walked several days that week. Then I started slacking. I‘m a bit disappointed with myself actually.
This month I want to focus on logging my calories into my app, since I‘ve been gaining weight again. It‘s not so much a diet as it is learning to eat the right proportions and make healthy choices. I‘d also like to read four books and meditate regularly.
