Because letter B is kicking my butt - going to read this for letter C and then go back. #litsyclassicschallenge @Sarah83

Vbrrgirl Well Letter C #Litsyclassicschallenge was wonderful. May be the first play I‘ve actually read, but I really enjoyed visualizing the stage direction throughout outstanding dialogue. Recommend! 6y

Pickpick

Wrapped up February with this classic for my #LitsyClassicsChallenge with the letter U. I am glad I finally read it and can see why for the time it was written it opened the eyes of our country.

After reading the very intense Fact of a Body, I needed something comforting/charming and this definitely fits the bill. I love the anthropomorphized animals, particularly the rat who seems to be the only one with common sense. Realized that one of my fave rides when I visited Disneyland as a child is based on this book...Mr. Toad‘s Wild Ride. #litsyclassicschallenge #litsyclassics

Mehso-so

Hawthorne is always a difficult read for me because my mind always wanders and I reread everything 2-3 times. Thank goodness this was only 3 issues.

While I was reading I knew that I had read this before, then my son reminded me that he had to read it in junior high and we read it together. 😂

I always get a little wary when books are published posthumously, but this assures that the work is all the author's. This is one for #Litsyclassics #Litsyclassicschallenge

KellyHunsakerReads Can you tell me about the challenge? How do I find it? 6y
Rachbb3 @Hunsakermountain Sure, it's a A to Z classic book challenge hosted by @Sarah83 Here is the link to fill out if you are going to participate. The instructions are there. 😊 https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfO7WWO9aJNtjrEoKUKLDSUbZocnwaH6_y0eqwV... 6y
