This book left me feeling lukewarm. I read as an audiobook and by half in, I was listening with one ear. This is a taboo, age gap romance story with a lot of steam. I liked the characters a lot and wished there had been more development. The plot was good but it too could have used a bit more development. Especially the ending, which I thought wrapped up a bit on the quick side. Overall liked but wanted more. I throughly enjoyed reading this collection of Dickinson poems. I liked how she made ordinary things sound extraordinary. Highly recommend even if you are not a lover of poetry.
I finished this in March and forgot to post my review. My bad for running behind.

I‘m so happy that, thanks to #AuthorAMonth , I have finally read my first book by Dorothy L. Sayers! This was a delightfully satisfying golden age mystery. I adored Lord Peter Wimsey and will definitely be reading more of this series.

This was a sweet cozy mystery. It was fun to be part of the animals‘ woodland world, and the mystery kept me guessing. First in a series, and I will read more.
