Me reading this page: *guy gets hit with gun* did someone just throw a gun at you?
*Reads the next pannel* that's what I said!

I'm making my way through this comic (graphic novel?) and loving it so far. It's a fun read.

Pickpick

This graphic novel offers an interesting look at family relationships. I liked where it was trying to go with part of its key message about family and being connected through generations. The other part of the message seemed like it had good heart but was uninformed, seeming to say that we should always give our family a chance to hurt us before we detach ourselves. #lgbtqcomic #lgbtq #comic #family

What a charming graphic novel. The story follows the developing friendship of two teenage boys as they begin to develop crushes on one another. The characters are great and I love the art style. So much interesting use of broken pannels and white space for a variety of purposes. I enjoyed this first volume and look forward to volume 2. #lgbtqcomic #lgbtq #comic

Another fun volume. I don‘t often pick up sports genre anything, but they‘re fun from time to time. This comic has some fun characters, LGBTQ+ representation, ethnic diversity, and maybe strong attention to fencing (I know nothing about fencing). It has the slow pace of any junior league series where characters have to make “the team” over the course of several volumes. #lgbtqcomic #comic #fencing #sport

Overall, the backstagers has been an adorable comic. Great for teens who love theater, and some excellent LGBT representation. I felt like the conclusion to this first story arch fell a little flat, but it was cute. #lgbtqcomic #comic #theater

The extra content in this volume is very worth a read! I greatly enjoyed everything we learned here and absolutely loved the teaser for Dear Diary! #lgbtq #lgbtqcomic #comic #lgbtqauthors #pocauthors

Beautiful story and art. This graphic novel needs to be sipped, not chugged
