April wrap-up from Storygraph.
“I knew he was a real friend because he had big ole pit sweat for me. That was some serious loyalty. I should have trusted his judgment about everything else.”
#Two4Tuesday
1. I have around 30 physical books and 80 ebooks at home left to read. The problem is my daughter is an avid reader, when she finishes her books, she adds them to my pile 😂
2. Tagged. I couldn‘t put it down. One of my daughter‘s books!
1. Yes, probably 1000. (We were homeschoolers.)
2. The Perks of Being a Wallflower. I had no idea the book (and movie) were so good.

Honestly more like between pick and so so. I'm just not huge on YA anymore as personal preference, but this was pretty cute. Appreciated that the characters acted like their age group (17-18) rather than either preteens or adults who are nearing graduating from high school. It really rang true for me. Also loved that the mc was willing to change her mind about people when she was...presented with new evidence, we'll say 😆
#WithTheBanned Once again, I am only tagging everyone in the first question. We‘ll have 4 questions total.
Starting this one today. Got it as a $5 offer at BandN cafe without realizing it was YA. I'm not doing so well with YA lately but I've heard good things about Lynn Painter.
Anyone tried this one?
Bastet is very happy I'm sitting in one place to read cause she's all about cuddles 🥰
