It‘s been a graphic novel kinda day. I want to read but I‘m having a hard time picking the “book” so I read this one. If you‘ve already read the After series this isn‘t going to be new material…but it was interesting to see it as a graphic novel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to admit that, even though I flew through this, I didn‘t enjoy it. I mean, there were parts that were okay, but I did think up a way to describe the drama and toxicity. Here goes: this book is like what the Jerry Springer Show would be like if it were a romance novel. I think that says it all. #Hessa #romantsy

This is a tough book to review. It‘s a door-wide-open romance/drama with an emphasis on sex and drama. Their relationship is really dysfunctional, and I think I mostly kept reading because I wanted to see them grow as people and pull it together. There‘s lots of alcohol and sex, and I read it fairly quickly considering it‘s 600 or so pages. I can‘t say that I can recommend it. It‘s like watching a train wreck. 3 ⭐️!! #hessa #romantsy

For the first 100 pages or so, I wasn‘t really sure why this has such mixed reviews, as it was a fairly enjoyable read with only a bit of drama. After page 100 or so though, it was like it went into drama overload. I‘m about halfway through now, and I‘m not sure what I think about it yet. It is certainly readable in the same way that a train wreck could be watchable. I‘ll let you all know my thoughts once I‘ve finished it. #hessa #romantsy

FINALLY getting some me time! Starting this today. Can‘t wait to continue with #Hessa 😍😍. Also this copy is from the library and it physically hurts me to see it in this condition 😩😩😩

Wow that was a roller coaster of emotions. I really loved the character growth for both Hardin and Tessa. I do wish the ending was a little different though.

Other than that, I loved these books 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm hooked. This book has some issues. A lot happens to Tessa that's too convenient. I also have the opinion that Landon & Tessa are good for each other. It's so obvious they don't end up together since the back of every book promotes #hessa so I guess I'll try Landon and Tessa fanfic. However I am obsessed with Tessa's journey with Hardin, even if I have no opinion if they end up together. Great story overall. I'm obsessed & ready to start book 4

Seriously the best book I‘ve ever read!!! Currently on the 3rd book and I am so desperate to see where the author goes with these characters. So many curveballs I never see coming. As of where I am, I‘m not totally a #Hessa fan yet but I‘m so in love with the entire story that I can‘t put it down. What I appreciate the most is that the relationship can be relatable and not like other romances that overcome just one issue and the story is over.

One that makes you a little less of an asshole.” That Kimberly is a smart cookie! Even after all the shit Vance puts her through she is still shiny. Love this series! #hessa #smartwoman
