I decided I wanted to try a sports romance since I have been seeing them everywhere. It was heavy with the emotions. It was different. I rated the book a 3 out of 5 stars.

Reading this for my f2f bookclub and not loving it. All the characters are miserable and I am too with a horrible cold.

My ex-figure skater, Cutting Edge loving heart gobbled this romance up. Looking forward to the next book in the series as I really liked those two characters and I‘m excited to read their story.
Book 75 of 2024

This was a very sweet steamy college hockey romance. I don‘t typically love college romance, but the characters in this book were just so charming. My only negative is the middle felt a little slow, so it took me longer to read. I definitely recommend and I want to check out more by this author. 4⭐️

Here are 3 books that each have a beautiful #InsectCover only Weyward is a new book or new-ish since I finished it in October (& loved it-it made my best of 2023 list). The other two I read some time ago but I love the covers & they might be new to you! 🦋🐞🪲🐛🐝💚

I adored this book. It was funny and quirky and just when I thought the worst had come for poor Penny, I turned the page and her story got more outrageous. It was a fun read overall.

I know this one was too aggressively quirky for some reviewers, but it hit me just right at the time I was reading it. I felt so much kinship with the MC, her loneliness and her struggles to communicate. My pick for August.
