April #bookspinbingo board, I‘ve left several spaces for audio books. I‘ve also left spaces for TBR bookshelf books since I‘m indecisive about what I want to read. April is also #AutismAcceptanceMonth. The shift has changed over the last few years in Autism advocacy & research to shift away from saying awareness (which is passive) to acceptance (which is active). My 13 year old is Autistic, so this is something that I will always speak about.

TheAromaofBooks Woohoo!! Looks great!! 13mo

Pickpick

This was a great, feel-good read with lots of minority representation, including an autistic girl and a bisexual girl. I really enjoyed it, and it's one from my #ActuallyAutistic reading list for #AutismAcceptancemonth. (Also I made my husband take this picture, because that's my hair behind the book! XD) Oh! It's also my "friendship" book for #Booked2018, the Litsy Reading Challenge.

Reggie Lol, nice pic idea!!!! 6y
Crystallinegirl @Reggie We just redyed my hair, the previous purple was pretty faded, and when I saw the cover for Queens of Geek I knew what needed to be done, LOL. 6y
Cailey_Mac Oooo I‘ve been meaning to read this! 6y
