The second volume of this series is even better than the first. There's a team of Batgirls running around Gotham City making it a better place to be. When meanwhile abroad the Bombshells are doing everything they can to be the heroines they promised to be. Bring out the tissues, this one has feelings. 💪💣🔮😰

It's completely au from DC cannon so I didn't feel all that lost like I sometimes do with comics (these are the first dc comics I've read) and the overall vibe of badass girl power was super enjoyable. The story was a bit on the disjointed side since I think they're building towards a team up rather than just starting with everyone together. Still, the art was AMAZING so even at the weaker parts it's a total feast for the eyes 7y
