#MagicalMay #MayDay #LeiDay

May 1 or May Day is called Lei Day here in Hawaii. There‘s usually flower leis all over & a big celebration of Aloha in Kapiolani Park. Due to the coronavirus, the gathering is canceled & it‘s suggested that people make leis out of things they have at home & place them on their mailboxes or front doors to honor our “warriors” or our first responders. I‘m celebrating through these pretty lei-ish book covers.
