Truly awful. Only for hardcore fans of the series, clearly not for me. The future queen is inexplicably in love with the terrible future king. He has horrible parents so I guess we‘re supposed to have sympathy for him.

MariaW I thought the whole series was quite superficial, but read the whole thing anyway. 🙈 12mo

Another novella and they aren't my favorite, but this one was a bit better. This story made me dislike the king all the more but it also make me loose a bit of favor for the queen. I'm glad I read it after I read "The One". It changed my thoughts on the queen quite a bit.
