Today‘s author spotlight: Franz Kafka! Born in Prague in 1883, he died at 40 in Austria from tuberculosis. His body of work is so influential, that the term “Kafkaesque” has been coined to describe surreal, disorienting complexity. Though engaged several times, he never married. He wrote in his spare time while working in insurance. Much of his work was published posthumously rather than being burned as he wanted. #AuthorPotpourri #TheMoreYouKnow
