But, but..... the ending... 😑

JenlovesJT47 Totally unpopular opinion but I hated this book! 😬 Maybe I would like it better on a reread but I am so not motivated to do that anytime soon. 3y
ToniSwinehart6 @JenlovesJT47 I cannot say that I am a fan, was it horrible? No. It just wasn't what I thought. Honestly, there was a lot of profound quotes and things. I did enjoy the beginning of the book though. I will say some of it was scary close to how things are feeling today with some things. 3y

Fahrenheit 451, is the book that got me into reading as more than just something I was forced to do in school. It‘s the first book I really loved and couldn‘t put down. About a year ago I discovered that a Fahrenheit 451 comic book had been published and it‘s the most excited I‘ve ever been about a comic book. #Fahrenheit451 #Comicbook #graphicnovel

#GetMovin Day 1: The graphic novel adaptation of Fahrenheit 451 is definition #JustLikeFire and is relatively faithful to the original. Looks like this is going to be made into a tv series soon, so best re-read!! :)

Cinfhen I‘m sorry, but WHAT are you eating?!?! I can‘t even notice the books 😛 6y

This authorized graphic novel of Bradbury's classic dystopian society was excellent! I especially enjoyed Bradbury's introduction and him posing the question what book would we select to memorize and save from firemen.
I'll have to put some serious thought into that...

An old favorite adapted as a graphic novel. Bonus points for including an introduction by Ray Bradbury himself. I would still encourage anyone who has never read this story to pick it up in novel form. This is but a taste.

I thoroughly enjoyed this adaptation of Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451. The artwork was beautiful, though I still can't believe in a world when reading was illegal and books were burned. 😱📚🔥

#FallIntoBooks Day 20: #BookNerdConfessions No. 1 - I always bring two books with me - just in case I finish the one I am reading and left with nothing to read - that will be a nightmare. Really enjoyed this graphic novel adaptation of Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451. It managed to capture the book's essence.

I am pairing Tim Hamilton's graphic novel adaptation of Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 with my husband's crispy-cheesy baked mussels and another version with sriracha sauce and baked cheesy goodness for Sunday early dinner. Yum is understatement of the year. Apparently, this is Bradbury's authorized adaptation - still for our #metareading theme at GatheringBooks til end of October.

This is the latest addition to my small #comics collection. I loved the audiobook and decided to buy this version instead of the straight book because Bradbury writes amazing descriptions. #riotgrams

GatheringBooks i own a copy of this as well and so looking forward to reading it 7y
Cinfhen Yay! Your book came 🤗 7y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @GatheringBooks I had to put it aside due to vacation, but I'll read it as soon as I get back! 7y
BarbaraTheBibliophage @Cinfhen Yes it did - and the book light! I feel a little guilty because Amazon refunded me for both and extended my Prime. 7y

If you want to drag your tween, teen, or reluctant reader along in the #BigReadWichita2016 grab a copy of the authorized graphic novel -- it's ah-mazing.
