#Films reminded me of this book where the chapter titles are buttons on the RC of a VCR: FF 2 months 3 hours... Or REW 3 years 6 months...

julesG @Cinfhen It's not a YA book. But you are right, of course, my kids only vaguely know what a VCR is, let alone a record player, cassette player, Walkman or Discman. They live in the age of portable solid state hard drives and thumb drives. 6y

One of those books that stay with you for a long time.
A wonderful love story. Sad? Yes. But still wonderful and very positive. It does have a happy ending, of sorts.
