1. Negative. Even existing for several years, I can't understand what it is or how it's mined, and it has always seemed like a giant scam.

2. Batman comics! I've been thinking lately about the Court of Owls volumes that show Batman completely out of his depth.

With the new game coming up I had to go back and reread the court of owls and all the attached comics. An absolute epic story line that turns what you know about Gotham on its head

Scott Snyder re-imagines Batman's origin in a gripping story of conflict with a secret society ruling Gotham. Snyder's Batman is human, flawed, and pushed to the edge of madness.

This volume blew my mind. I really enjoyed this storyline and the turns it took. I liked the look back at Gotham‘s history and the psychological war as much as the physical one Batman/Bruce is involved in. Wow. Just wow.

I was so tempted to get this slipcover set at the bookstore! After reading Dark Nights Metal for #cbbr I wanted to read some more Batman by Scott Snyder, and @GrilledCheeseSamurai had recommended Court of Owls. My book buying ban and long list of books to read stopped me. Also, it is $50. Someday, this will be mine.

This was a great addition to the BATMAN myth. I‘ve got to hurry up and read volume two because it‘s due back at the library ASAP. Can‘t wait to find out what happens next! 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Checking out the new 52! I loved Batman so much when I was a child but as I grew up I pushed him to the back. Now, I'm completely obsessed again. Really can't wait to continue this series.

Dark and unsettling, with moments of genuine terror. This is a vision of Batman that blows anting "comic" away.

Best 1st volume I've read in a long time. Best graphic I've read this year.

So dark. So wonderful. So creepy. Great cliffhanger. Will have to read the second volume soon!
