pickTory Bodeen has psychic visions and an abusive father- when she was 8, she lost her best friend Hope Lavelle to a murderer. Now that she's grown she comes back to Progress to seek peace but discovers the murderer still at work. We also get romance with Hope's brother Cade, a secondary pairing and a tentative friendship with Hope's prickly twin. Less professional details in this, but strength and vulnerability. Reading this one also. I never thought I'd like Nora Roberts, but she's my go to when I want something light and easy.
