Definitely not a blah cookbook. Made this Shrimp Jambalaya last night and it was great!

Emilymdxn Oh wow I LOVE jambalaya 5y
Tamra @Emilymdxn this is very close, but with shrimp, instead of chicken. 😋 (I added diced ham too and lots of cayenne.) https://www.skinnytaste.com/slow-cooker-chicken-and-sausage-creole/ 5y

I don‘t check out many cookbooks but my hold on this one came in this morning from the library. When I cook it is pretty much always in the Instant Pot or slow cooker and of course I want it to be no fuss. #inthekitchen #fallintoreading

Zelma I have a photo of this one on my phone so I could remember to request it at my library later. 😀 5y
JoScho @Zelma yay! 5y

tracey38 That dish on the cover looks yummy. 5y
JoScho @tracey38 it does but most of the recipes I looked at so far have way too many ingredients for me. I seriously don‘t enjoy cooking and want it super simple! 5y
tracey38 @JoScho yeah, I need a recioe with very few ingredients as well 5y
vkois88 Crock pots were one of the best inventions ever! 5y

New cookbook! I love the Skinnytaste books. I did WW before my wedding, and the WW recipes were so terrible (exactly what you think of when you think of "diet" food - tiny portions lacking any flavor or depth). Then I discovered Skinnytaste. Gina's recipes are WW friendly and bursting with flavor. We use them regularly now just as part of a general healthy lifestyle.
