So #overit
😂😂🤣🙄🙄🙄🙄

So full blown menopause is fun (SARCASM) in case you needed to know that #oyevey

Tamra Peri-menopause is the pits too. 😑 Check off all those boxes. 6y
Tamra Not enough women openly talk about it either, so it took me by surprise and caused unnecessary anxiety. 6y
Mdargusch Wow! I think I can check every single thing off that list. 🤨 6y

Stacy_31 @Tamra All of these for peri-menopause, too? Ugh, I knew it. I have all of these except 4, but my doctor refuses to acknowledge this might be why, since I‘m only 38. ☹️ 6y
TheBookHippie @Stacy_31 usually the same symptoms 😭 and I had my uterus yanked 10 years ago...now I'm in full blown menopause 🙄 it's horrific 6y
TheBookHippie @Tamra The anxiety is awful ..I hate it. 6y
Tamra @Stacy_31 yes! Some women start years, like in their 30‘s, before full blown menopause. It‘s really awful, at least for me. I finally got some hormonal help, but it‘s not a cure all. 😂 6y
Tamra @TheBookHippie I was hoping once I hit full blown it would be all over! 😫 You‘re saying no???? (edited) 6y
Stacy_31 @TheBookHippie 😭😭 I mean it‘s good to know, but also not reassuring. Lol Thanks for sharing, I‘ve been left to do my own research as my dr thinks I‘m too young, and didn‘t know anxiety was a part of it. This explains a lot!! The anxiety, irritability, and sleep issues have shown up full-force for seemingly no reason. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 6y
AmyG I swear I had peri-menopause for 10 years. It. Just. Sucks. Sleeping was a nightmare, hot-flashes, anxiety. BUT...I‘m out the oher side and feel so much better. There‘s hope. Just have to get through it. (edited) 6y
TheBookHippie @Tamra I'm saying no...sorry...I have to say 15 minutes if yoga in the am and 30 before bed has helped tremendously . But if I skip yoga it creeps back immediately 😭 6y
TheBookHippie @AmyG yah this sucks I had a late in life baby during perimenopause then had that 10 years and now this is nuts 🤪 no thank you ...thankful to hear the other side is okay the insomnia is no fun (edited) 6y
TheBookHippie @Stacy_31 Yup it's like an out of body experience and so taxing blech 6y
bookaholic1 Absolutely hate it 6y
Eggbeater I'm just about to turn 41. I will put this on my list of things to look forward to. 6y
TheBookHippie @Eggbeater Maybe you'll get lucky ? I hear some have zero symptoms ...I've never met this unicorn ..maybe google lies.. 6y
StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego Burning tongue, who knew? 6y
CouronneDhiver Good grief. No thanks. I‘ll keep the period for now. lol 6y
CarolynM I'm in this phase too. Such a joy! I hadn't heard of the burning tongue either @StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego Hope I keep missing out on that one! 6y
TheBookHippie @StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego I thought I had tongue cancer because google plus anxiety 🙈😳🤣ugh 6y
TheBookHippie @CarolynM I hope so too because it's so annoying 6y
StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego Geez Louise. I probably would have thought the same. 6y
mrp27 The struggle is real.... I can't recall the last time I had a decent nights sleep. These last few years have been awful. 6y
